Scottsdale Stadium is located in the middle of our scenic downtown and a short walk from a wide variety of restaurants, clubs
and galleries. Scottsdale Stadium is home to some of Scottsdale's most celebrated occasions including Cactus League Spring Training, Arizona Fall League, and a
series of year-round meetings and events.
The 2009 spring training saw a record 177,995 fans at Scottsdale Stadium, ranking 2nd in attendance behind the Chicago Cubs. The Stadium played host to 21 San Francisco Giants home games including 1 against Team Japan during the World Baseball Classic. Overall the Cactus League recorded over 1.5 million fans bringing in an estimated $359 million to the State of Arizona.
The Arizona Fall League returns to Scottsdale Stadium this October and November. Come cheer on your home team, the Scottsdale Scorpions as they take on other top minor league players from both the American League and National League. Golf isn’t the only popular sport in the Grand Canyon state. Arizona is the proud home of numerous professional sports franchises. Depending on the time of year, visitors and residents can take in a professional football, basketball, baseball or hockey game. In addition, the Phoenix Mercury of the WNBA , Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League and the Arizona Sting of the National Lacrosse League also call Arizona home.

Tostitos Fiesta Bowl
The Annual Tostitos Fiesta Bowl is played in January at the new state-of-the-art Cardinals Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Game time is typically scheduled for 6:00 p.m. MST and the game is carried live on FOX Sports and ESPN Radio. The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl is home to the Big 12 Conference champion as part of the Bowl Championship Series.
